Working Student (m/f/d) in Business Development at INF eG (german speaking)

Compensation: All our salaries are transparent. At the moment, we are not yet able to offer the hourly rate we are aiming for eventually. Bachelor students start at 14 EUR, increasing to 15 EUR upon achieving recurrent revenue by mid-year; Master students start at 16 EUR, increasing to 18 EUR likewise. INF being an employee-owned cooperative, you will however have the option to exercise shares from day one in order to partake in our common success. WTF is INF? INF eG is a sustainable employee-owned cooperative in the technology industry that focuses on innovative software solutions. We spare ourselves the HR buzzword bingo, because we are different anyway. As a cooperative, we want to create a new narrative regarding what companies and entrepreneurship can be all about. Aiming for BCorp certification and a common good balance reporting our goal is to show that sustainability and economic success can be achieved without compromise. To unlock this level we are looking for passionate and talented humans. We believe that holistic sustainability includes the participation, empowerment and co-determination of all employees, so every employee can become a member and therefore owner of INF. As a working student in our business team, you will work closely with our CEO Jascha to prepare and realize the go to market of rightflow: A web platform with best in class UX and a lot of AI to automate claims processing for law firms. rightflow is INF's first venture with the aim of building a sustainable SaaS business model, because we also want our financial growth to be sustainable. Working on rightflow means you can work with a talented product team, engaged leads and a huge market potential that has to be unleashed.

• Hard skills: Currently enrolled in a degree program, knowledge and enthusiasm for business development and eager to learn more about technology
